BFing mamas... has anyone asked if you are "still" feeding yet?

yes! I have gotten that. I was working full time for awhile and I was pumping at work. I would get the "why are you still doing that" "just go to formula, then you won't have to waste your time" "Why don't you apply for WIC so you don't have to waste your time?" Then everyone except my parents are going, She's almost a year old, are you starting to wean her? No, I am doing self weaning, she can nurse past year, really, it's okay, it's only the United States that thinks it's so great that we don't HAVE to nurse past a year.
