Does Special Education Good For Me?

So i go to a new school not knowing iam in sped cl, on my other school i had sped cl for study skills a place to finish Hw because i needed more help and support from it and it really helped, now i go to another school that put me in regular cles because iam a little embared to ask to go back and i really want study skills and math sped because i have been really trying hard but failing and need that help back, will going there make me look weird to other people because sped cles are for the weird kids? iam not even weird or look weird i have decent friends but iam not unpopulur....
