Does anyone know of a product that will seal a wet, flat, metal roof that can also be used in cold conditions?

My trailer roof is leaking and has ruined the drywall. I tore it all out and re insulated but am still getting wet spots in the insulation. I am waiting to stop the leaks before I put up the drywall. It is winter here so it is sort of hard to do. I can get the snow off but what will work to seal the roof?
