Is this totally weird of theM?

Ok so last night I went to the all guys school football game with a friend. We were talking to some of the guys and we all were flirting and one of them asked what school we went to andwe said where we went (which is a coed school). Then they said oh we thought you went to the all girls school ad then they walked away! Like me and my friend just laughed about it but dnt you think that's really weird and kinda jerky to just stop talking to us because we went to a coed school? Thanks!
