How can we put a condom on africa?

With out offending ppls religion or traditions. i heard ppl are becoming immune to aids damn i love the human body and evolution. but is it too late to stop the aids epidemic that has ravaged a continent. how long will it take for africans to become immune? and how do you make them believe safe is the best ?
