Movie Title??? Native american movies?

Iam looking for a name of an native american indian movies that was on tv in 2003 as a mini series.. it is about a indian boy who travel to New Mexico with his grandfather for a pow pow in and old faded red pickup truck...(who told his grandson story of his younger days and of his people) His grandfather was dieing and he know that this would be his last trip.. In of the story he told has two indians men one turned into a spider and the other a cayote who got ran over by a big boulder.. an other story was about a boy who had to kill this big snake.. another was about a girl who give birth to a son who father was the rain god or something like that and that child was to never be ed.. if so he would come get his son.. and the grandma did the boy while his mother was working in the corn feild..there is just so many story..
