Can this happen this early?

wow that sounds very promising! I would get that same sensation with both of my pregnancies. For my first one it started around 6 weeks and with my second it started around 3/4 weeks. Its a weird pulling/twinge sensation in your left and/or right abdomen. and some times right up the middle. I hope you get a lil one out of this go'round. And it soundz like you will!!
