Does Joseph Smith's involvement in bringing us so much additional holy scripture make him a great prophet?

The Book of Mormon, Doctrine and Covenants and Pearl of Great Price all attributed to Joseph Smith add much Bible harmonious scriptural understanding of Jesus, His sacrifice and His gospel. He also gave us the understanding that God, the Father and Jesus Christ, the Son are 2 distinct, resurrected and glorified beings in whose image we are.
