Everybody is going on about Libya what about the disaster that has decimated Japan what is the world doing?

to help the Japanese people from one of the worst earthquakes ever recorded.Libya is a man made situation that could probably be resolved by peaceful means but the problems in Japan are getting worst and they have lost thousands of people what is the world doing to help them?
