How do i go about sueing the state of florida/state attorney/prosecutor/edgewater police/probation officer?

also person who lied about the crime i committed,I was falsely arrested,after a drunk person,went to hosp,after coming to my residence,harrasing me fell on his wrist,went to hosp and stated that I did this to him,cops came to my home,and arrested me,w no witness or proof,my mom was there and did tell cops,I did not do this,cops knew he was drunk,knew his history of drugs alcohol,being crazy,.After arrest law got ahold of jim,to see if he wanted to press charges,after fleeing to ohio to hide because he lied.I was on prob,at this time for 1 year,no judification,comm service,fines etc,first offence.I was arrested for viol on this evening after jim came to moms home and woke me up.I was held w no bond,state knew no charges were being filed by drunk lier jim,4 court appear later for bond were denied,was arraigned,at this time I knew charges were dropped that i was put in jail for.I said this to attorney,He told me they found other charges(false 911 call,that was dropped(tressping warning)state attorney,pros,prob officer lied and stated that i was too violent for house arrest or paper.prob officer lied stating I did not do comm service or pay fines(we all know what happens if this is not done)there was so much done to me.I was severely harred by edgewater cops,starting when i moved to flor in 2005,just need to know what this is called and where to begin to file charges immediately.I have wrote to govenor christ,he told me to get attorney in flor which i plan on trying to do ,however i am limited on time.and this is not so easy,I have to do this now,and by myselfnot sure wher to begin can i do it all together or do i have to do each one sep,and what is it caleed civil ligation etc,Please help me,I amm a good person,not a criminal
