Problem of microsoft?

i feel that microsoft is so annoying, if trend goes on, like recent release of windows 7, completely sucks, they have the chance of not merely stalling and shrinking, but declining and even ultimately bankrupt, they have many businesses, but non of them successful, except windows and office, they are eager to seize market from online, with little success, software is transitioning online, lagacy apps will be obsolete, further more, even though they are not going online, the time for buying future version of windows and office is also shrinking, because we truly not need to spend several hundreds of dollars to buy a new system that is just looks more beautiful
