Should we hold corporations accountable for the obesity rates?

No. The FDA does their job. I have to do mine. I am responsible for what goes in my body. I am also responsible for getting myself to the doctor to get the meds I take for hypothyroidism. There is no one to "blame." Ultimately, the choice is yours..whether you want the corn syrup/additives in your body. Read labels, make smarter food choices, eat healthier. Corporations are in business to make money. If you don't purchase their product, they're not making money. You object to the additives? Write a letter to the company. They'll listen.You don't legislate change, you EDUCATE change.
