Why does allah say he does not love the unbelivers, what kind of a father says that to his child ?

If your child does not obey you or badly behaved - do you disown him, do you tell him you dint love him? of course not you love your child no matter what he does to you , you love him unconditionally , so how can allah say he does not love the unbelievers , it just proves islam is a made up story , as no Creator or parents would hate there creation , its clear from the quran that allah hates the unbelievers, the people he created, how can that be , why does thwe quran not mention unconditional love , in the Bible it is mentioned many times, no matter what you do ,God will always love your regardless , the question is will you love him back ?
