Anyone having similar problems? my daughter is 15 months old and i think she is way behind developmentally.?

Your best bet is to ask her pediatrician. Books and websites just give averages. Some kids fall under or over and are completely fine. Discuss it with her doctor to see if its normal and if shes okay. Good luck
