How long do I have to wait for my license to become reinstated?

I have one point on my Provisional Driver's license. I got it in May because I made a right turn where it was not allowed. So I got my ticket and tried to appeal it. I was unsuccesful, and i had to take a driver's improvement cl. I took an online one that was not sponsored by a Maryland MVA. So I got a letter saying I had to take another Driver Improvement Program, and that my license is suspended. So I took the course and I am wondering how long must I wait before driving legally again?
