How to i make my sore throat go away? im even on meds.?

jesus i need to feel better, im going snowboaridng tmrw and i cant be sick, any suggestions besides sleeping, cuz when im sleeping phlegm like cakes itself to my thraot, eww n its not plesant when i awake.
