I'm newlywed, I claim 2 on my W4, So does my Wife, Are we able to do this if we file jointly.?

My wife an I got married last summer, I changed my W4 to 2 exempt so we could file jointly. However, I just found out my wife did the same thing. In the confusion of the wedding we lacked communication on this issue. Are we ok if we file jointly, or are we going to end up oweing lots of money? What should we do?
