Rent to own?

My husband and I just started renting a home and we would like to own it eventually but we have a huge amount of debt and we can not get a loan for the house. We can afford the payments but we are not able to get a loan because of our debt to income ration. The landlord has given us the option of rent to owning so he could buy a house but he needs our down payment to use for his down payment on a new house. Wouldnt he need to keep my down payment in the bank so that we could use it once we are able to buy out right and do we have the papers on the house while we are paying him, so that way we can do things to the house. And how long do rent to own contracts usuelly last for, we have a 12 month lease up in Feb. so would it last until then or could we go longer because my husband will have a better job in 2 years and I dont want to miss this oppertunity. I would speed up, you already are going to be slowing down once you hit the mudd which is causes resistance on your front tires.I wouldnt necisarly want to reve it, you want to avoid spining out your tires as much as possible.Say if your doing 25mph , and you see the mudd, gradually acelerating to 30-35 mph (so 5-10) should be more than enought to get you threw providing how long the puddle is and yet still maintaining control of your vechicle....Like said before if you slow down,once you hit the mudd the risistance there is going to slow you down even further and your front tires are bound to sink.It all really depends on how compact the mudd is, incline,how deep and how long the area you are driving.If your doing this for offroading purposes go ahead why not try it out,just make sure you have a winch or a buddy to pull you out if you do get stuck.have fun.Good Luck

Ok so i work in this office. I'm a really hard worker and I'm greatly liked by the higher staff and employers. (i overheard her saying that) everyone kind of freaked out and huddled in a circle trying to talk about it behind my back. All of the staff was called together and warned about stealing and how if someone is caught stealing they would get kicked out of the job and get arrested. I swear to everything i love i didn't take the money or the ipad. This girl is pointing fingers at me and now no one will trust me and there's a possibility they may not hire me again in the fall (the company is for summer onl;y but if they really like you they keep you for the fall) The employer tells me to keep up the good work and most of the head people have me in mind to keep and so do my uppercl co-workers. What can i do to clear my name. the thing is the girl is acting like everything is cool between us. Let me preface this all by saying that I have no problem with golf as a sport, but to be honest, it doesn't provide me nearly the same thrill as mountain biking, cycling or more high-adrenaline endeavors. We are getting deployed to Egypt to support the infantry battalion there and I was wondering if I should do the deployment before I go through OCS. I calculated that I would make around 40k as a E-4. Is it censorship when someone who doesn't like / agree with a question or answer flags it as a violation of yahoo's TOS? And is it censorship by Yahoo when even after you "appeal" and prove you asked a question or that your answer was valid yet yahoo keeps it deleted? Also how is it fair for yahoo to delete simply because someone flags it without even looking into the claims? It seems outrageous that yahoo doesn't even verify a claim just deletes it. The problem with the Staples center is that the lower section costs a fortune and you end up getting a lot of folks there that just want to be on camera. However, once you get past that section you will see nothing but a throng of die hard Laker fans and they are VERY loud and pionate. Overall I'd say the Laker fans represented themselves very well at Staples and gave them a big boost.

Brown discharge. Should I be concerned?

Almost 7 years ago I had a tubal ligation after having my third child. I had heavy periods, but on time for about 2 years. Since then my periods have been more normal & still on time. There were a few times I would go to the bathroom & see a whitish mucusy ball on my underwear but didn't worry about it because I had no other symptoms of an infection & go to the doctor once a year (had gone in Feb) I had a period the second week in April & everything was normal. Two weeks later I had a large (about a quarter in size, but long) red blood clot come out & then had some brownish discharge a few days after that just a couple of times when I would wipe. If I would wear a pad there was nothing on it. This month I was late by a few days. I just happened to go to the ER for strep throat & they did a preg test so I could take narcotics & get a penicillin shot. The test was neg. Now I'm having a lot more brown mucusy discharge. No cramping. No smell. Should I be concerned?

I take a daily birth control pill around noon and have unprotected about once/twice a week with a guy I've been seeing, which never ends up with semen inside of me (it usually goes other places). My periods are not usually heavy or light, just average. A month ago, I barely had a period, it was super light. A little over a week ago, I forgot one pill but remembered to take it either that night or early the next day. The next day, I had a little breakthrough bleeding, enough to stain but not that much. So I took an extra birth control pill and a ton of advil to make it stop, and it did. About a week later it was time for me to go off my pill (for seven days, as instructed), but there was no bleeding. Once the week was up I went back on the pills again. It's only been a day since then, but I'm kinda worried because I missed it and the one before that was barely noticeable. Could I be pregnant? Being pregnant is the last thing I want. Today I bought a 2$ pregnancy test at a corner store but I'm not sure if it would be super accurate because it was so cheap, but surely they can't sell faulty pregnancy tests. What do you think? They started yesterday and haven gotten worse and worse, not responding to pain relievers. It feels as if my eyes are being pulled into my head, and it's a throbbing pain, in my temples as well. Hi Andy. Yes, that is absolutely possible. A friend of mine has been on an antidepressant, and all of a sudden it just stopped working. She went to her doctor, and was told that could happen, so he had to add another medication to it, and then she felt better. I went through the same thing with my anxiety medication. It helped for a while, then when my body got use to it, i had to keep taking more and more, because it would stop working. And about surgery, it can affect the way your body reacts to medication. Having surgery stresses your body, and you usually need to take a higher dose of medication to compensate for that. I've been in that situation also, and it happened to me. Take care.

What could be causing the foul taste in the back of my throat?

A couple weeks ago I had a sinus infection, and like with every sinus infection, there was a very foul taste in the back of my throat. Normally this goes away, but this time the sneezing/coughing is gone, but the taste is still there. It's not even really a bad breath type of thing, it's just when I swallow really hard, occasionally clear my throat, or drink certain flavored drinks, the taste comes up. There is no green phlegm coming up like normal with a sinus infection. In fact, and sorry if this is gross, but I can put my finger all the way in the back of my mouth, and the smell isn't on my finger, but the taste in my throat is still there. What could be causing this?

I have not had surgery and do not plan to get it. I have done physical therapy, mage, chiropractic, cervical epidural injections. What ault rifle will replace the M4/M16?

Ever since the US Military came out with the M16 ault rifle they have been trying to replace it. In the past few years we've had the HK416, Barrett M468 (REC7), XM8 (Now canceled) and a few others. The main compliant i think is jamming up, over heating, using too small of a round (5.56x45mm NATO), too long of a barrel. Rumor had it several years ago that the USSOCOM was going to have a special rifle built that was a modded M4 but fired the Russian 7.62x39mm due to that the round could be found next to everywhere. The Heckler and Koch 416 still uses the 5.56mm but has has a gas operated system like the Ak47. That gave it so it wouldnt have to be cleaned very often and it would last longer. Delta Force switched to the HK416. The Barrett REC7 is practically like the M4 but with a few differences and fires the 6.8 SPC round. The 6.8x43mm is the in between the 5.56 and the 7.62x51mm. The XM8 which was canceled mainly because the special plastic they built the gun out of melted after continuous fire. Which of the firearms will be the one that will completely replace the M4 and M16 rifles?
